I asked my boss 3 times about going full time since I regularly met their full time requirement of over $900 a pay period. I could ask 3 different people a question and get 3 different answers. I corrected all the errors they found, mostly trivial things, like putting 9/8 instead of September 8. I was told how incredibly awful this score was and was given examples of my reports with the errors to correct. In July I got a my QA score and it was 96.8%. At first I liked it, but then I found out how mean and critical the managers were. I worked for this company for 3-1/2 years.
